The main reason that having a project coach works is accountability from an outsider. Simply put: people are 10 times more likely to actually complete a task when they have an appointment with someone who is going to ask them if they did it or not!

As an accomplished writer, Doug is sensitive to the ebb and flow of energy that is the journey of taking on a new project. His experience managing his own creative projects and the projects of others has given him a deep understanding of some of the internal barriers that may need a fresh perspective in order to be removed or moved through.
